22 Weeks

We had an exciting week, the babies cribs arrived and Pete set them up. Seeing the TWO cribs is a real reminder that TWO babies will soon be arriving. That, and all the kicking and odd lumps that appear on my belly. 

Well, the doctor told me that one day I would wake up and really feel like my belly had popped. It has happened over that last week or so. My belly button is on the verge of popping and boy have I've been growing. Sleeping has really become a task and by the end of the day my back and feet are killing me. Oh the joys of pregnancy! 

Knowing that I'm over half way is VERY exciting, 3 months or so to go.... it's going to be here before we know it. 

Pete and I are continuing to work on the babies room, as you all know I'm big into decorating and I want everything just right, so this part is really fun for me! 

22 Weeks

Mille Lacs

The boys went on their first fishing trip to Mille Lacs. Mommy caught all the fish but Dad was excited that his boys out fished him... or so he says. Cooper joined us for the trip, it was a beautiful day and we had a lot of fun!

20 Week Ultrasound Photos

They're really looking more and more like little babies, I can't wait to meet them. They sure are kicking and moving around a lot these days. Baby A is positioned low with his head down. Baby B is feet down and head up. A is on my right side and B on my left.

20 & 21 Weeks

Lots has happened in the last couple of weeks. We took our first trip out in the boat with the boys up to Leech Lake over Memorial weekend. I was successful in catching a couple of walleyes, a good first trip for them. I bet this trip was much easier then it will be when they are out of my belly... next summer will be crazy! 

Pete and I celebrated our 4th wedding anniversary (May 31st) by going out to dinner at Redstone (a favorite spot). On the way to the restaurant Pete was able to feel the boys kick for the first time. It was very exciting to finally share the feeling with him as they are moving all around these days. On occasion I will have a bulge in my belly from a butt or head, very odd to see but cool to feel and great to know that they are doing well and moving around :)

We had yet another ultrasound and everything looks great. The boys are measuring exactly where they should and my health is perfect. I really feel like the belly has doubled in the last few weeks, I think they are really starting to grow. Seeing them on ultrasound really shows how much closer we are getting. Instead of being able to see their whole body, now just a leg will fill up the screen :) September/October will be here soon!

June 2nd we celebrating Trianna (my cousin) and Jon getting married. It was a beautiful day but very long for this mamma as I was in the wedding. It was fun to see many family members and friends as everyone seemed very excited for us and only had great things to say.
